"The TCG meeting, which took place on July 22, and the result achieved there on the ceasefire regime, is precisely the result of our work on the implementation of ‘Minsk’, and not on its destruction, unlike the Russian side does," he said.
The foreign minister explained that Reznikov is "brainstorming" the process of resolving the situation in Donbas on how to move forward if the current scenario does not work.
Reznikov recently said in an interview with Focus magazine that Ukraine will ask Germany and France to support the revision of the Minsk agreements. At the same time, Reznikov wants to leave ‘Minsk’ to resolve economic and humanitarian issues.
However, Russia warns that the revision of the Minsk agreements will set back the settlement process in Donbas. Russia once again advocated a direct dialogue between Ukraine and the militants.
