Ukraine has reported 397 new cases of the coronavirus (COVID -19) over the past day, bringing the total number to 4,161, according to the Health Ministry.
"As of 9:00 on April 16, Ukraine reported 4,161 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 116 deaths and 186 recoveries. Over the past day, 397 new cases have been recorded,” the Health Ministry wrote on Facebook.

In particular, coronavirus cases in Ukraine were confirmed in:

Vinnytsia region – 279 cases;

Volyn region – 109 cases;

Dnipropetrovsk region – 78 cases;

Donetsk region – 12 cases;

Zhytomyr region – 162 cases;

Zakarpattia region – 116 cases;

Zaporizhzhia region – 115 cases;

Ivano-Frankivsk region – 401 cases;

Kirovohrad region – 198 cases;

Kyiv city – 644 cases;

Kyiv region – 234 cases;

Lviv region - 166 cases;

Luhansk region - 4 cases;

Mykolaiv region - 22 cases;

Odesa region - 73 cases;

Poltava region - 27 cases;

Rivne region - 204 cases;

Sumy region - 80 cases;

Ternopil region - 333 cases;

Kharkiv region - 40 cases;

Kherson region - 44 cases;

Khmelnytskyi region – 37 cases;

Cherkasy region – 110 cases;

Chernivtsi region - 662 cases;

Chernihiv region - 11 cases.

Data on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol and some areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are not available.
