The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Ukraine was 2,203 on Friday morning. "According to the Public Health Center, there were to 2,203 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine as of 09:30 Kyiv time on April 10," Ukraine's Health Ministry said on Facebook in its morning update on April 10. Of them, 311 cases were reported in the past 24 hours.

The split of the cases by region is the following: Vinnytsia region reported 119 cases; Volyn region 41 cases; Dnipropetrovsk region 52 cases; Donetsk region 11 cases; Zhytomyr region 41 cases; Zakarpattia region 56 cases; Zaporizhia region 54 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region 254 cases; Kirovohrad region 82 cases; the city of Kyiv 348 cases; Kyiv region 140 cases; Lviv region 82 cases; Luhansk region three cases; Odesa region 46 cases; Poltava region 20 cases; Rivne region 85 cases; Sumy region 63 cases; Ternopil region 196 cases; Kharkiv region six cases; Kherson region 27 cases; Khmelnytsky region 16 cases; Chernivtsi region 366 cases; Cherkasy region 86 cases; and Chernihiv region nine cases. No cases were reported in Mykolaiv region. Data from Russia-occupied areas – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – is not available. The tests were conducted with the use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the Public Health Center's virological reference laboratory and regional laboratories. As of the morning of April 10, 2020, the Center had received 862 reports of suspected COVID-19 cases. In total, there have been 8,763 reports on suspected COVID-19 since the beginning of 2020. Sixty-nine COVID-19 deaths have already been recorded in the country. Sixty-one patients have recovered. As UNIAN reported earlier, there were 1,892 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine on Thursday morning.
