President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a meeting with CEO of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev.
“The Head of State noted that the Ukrainian authorities would facilitate the implementation of joint projects with SOCAR in the fields of oil and gas supply,” the press service of the Head of State reports.

The parties discussed investment opportunities in the gas transportation industry of Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelensky stressed the importance of implementing the agreements on SOCAR's work in Ukraine reached during his visit to Azerbaijan in December last year.

The meeting was also attended by SOCAR Vice President Elshad Nasirov and Head of SOCAR Representative Office in Ukraine Elchin Mammadov.

As reported, the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) may participate in the privatization of PJSC Odesa Port Plant.
