Ukraine's second-seeded tennis player Dayana Yastremska will play in the decisive match of the 2020 Adelaide International tournament in Australia.
In the semifinal match, Yastremska (No. 24 in the WTA rating) defeated Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus (No. 12) 6-4, 7-6 (7-4) in an hour and 45 minutes, Ukrinform reports.
The opponents met for the third time, with the 19-year-old Ukrainian winning all three games.
In her WTA Premier debut final on January 18, Yastremska will face the winner of a semifinal tie between world No. 1 Ashleigh Barty of Australia and American Danielle Rose Collins (No. 27).
