The United States has reiterated its unwavering support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
The relevant statement was released on Monday by U.S. State Department Spokesperson Morgan Ortagus following a meeting of U.S. Under Secretary David Hale with Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Dmytro Kuleba on December 13.

“Under Secretary David Hale met December 13 in Washington with Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Dmytro Kuleba. Under Secretary Hale underscored the United States’ unwavering support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty in the face of ongoing Russian aggression,” reads the statement.

Also, Under Secretary Hale and Deputy Prime Minister Kuleba discussed next steps following the December 9 Normandy format summit and the importance of continued progress on the reform agenda in ensuring Ukraine’s success.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmytro Kuleba last week paid a three-day visit to Washington, where he had several meetings in the U.S. Congress, the U.S. National Security Council and the Department of State.
