The Normandy Four leaders agreed on three new sections of the disengagement of forces and hardware in Donbas up to March 2020 which should become humanitarian zones for construction of crossings.
"We agreed on three new disengagement sites up to March. There will be no disengagement along the entire line like Russia wanted. An important point: these three sites should become humanitarian zones that will allow to construct the crossings and improve the lives of people in the demarcation zone. We now have to determine the best options. And we will have time for preparation," Defense Minister of Ukraine Andriy Zahorodniuk posted on Facebook.
