The stage of disengagement of forces and weapons on both sides has been completed in Zolote-4, Luhansk region.
"The stage of disengagement of forces and weapons on both sides (equivalently) at the site No. 2 in the area of Zolote-4 locality in Luhansk region is completed," the press center of Headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation posted on Facebook.
It is also noted that the OSCE SMM representatives verified the activities conducted by the Ukrainian side, including with the use of UAVs.
In case of a threat to life or health, seizure of territories, or penetration of enemy reconnaissance troops and saboteurs, the Joint Forces will give an adequate response, opening fire on the enemy.
As reported, the process of disengagement of forces and weapons on both sides (equivalently) began at the disengagement site near Zolote-4 in Luhansk region at 12:00on October 29.
On Wednesday, October 30, the JFO command introduced a yellow regime in the area of conduct of the Joint Forces Operation, which provides for special powers of military personnel and law enforcement officers and imposes restrictions for civilians.
It is envisaged that, in general, the process of disengagement of forces and weapons near Zolote-4 will last up to 30 days.
The disengagement will have two stages: the first stage is withdrawal of personnel from both sides; the second is dismantlement of engineering structures and subsequent mine clearance.
