NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has set the gas price for population at the level of UAH 4,905.67 per 1,000 cubic meters in July, which is UAH 648 less than the price in June.
Ukrinform learnt this from the company’s press service.

"Naftogaz has calculated the new price of natural gas for the needs of population and other consumers in line with the regulation on imposing special duties, which will operate in July. Therefore, the price of gas for which Naftogaz sells it to gas distributing companies and supplies to consumers in line with the regulation on imposing special duties in July is set at UAH 4,905.67 per 1,000 cubic meters (excluding VAT and transportation costs). Compared with June, the price of gas will decrease by UAH 648 or by 11.7%,” says the report.

The final price of gas in the regions of Ukraine depends on the tariff for the distribution of gas established by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) for respective regional or city gas distribution companies. Gas supplying companies are obliged to inform their consumers about the final price.
