Ukraine’s Interior Ministry is expanding cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
This issue was discussed at a meeting of Deputy Interior Minister Tetiana Kovalchuk with JICA's Permanent Representative in Ukraine Takaaki Kawano, the press service of the Interior Ministry reported on Facebook.
"The Interior Ministry is expanding cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency. In particular, the parties agreed to expand the range of training programs and courses with the assistance of the Japan International Cooperation Agency for representatives of all the bodies of the Interior Ministry," the report reads.
The Interior Ministry wants the representatives of all bodies of the Ministry to undergo training in programs with the assistance of the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Kovalchuk stressed.
In turn, Takaaki Kawano stressed that JICA was ready to deepen cooperation.
