The introduction of sanction by Russia against PJSC Farmak (Kyiv) will not affect the operations of the company, the company has said in a statement.

The company's strategy aims at boosting exports to the EU countries and entering new markets.

"The strategic goal of the company is to increase exports to 40% in coming five years, first of all, thanks to the increase in sales to Europe and opening new markets," the company said.

Farmak will continue developing markets of the European Union. In particular, the company plans to focus on the markets of Germany and the U.K., the largest markets of the region.

A priority for developing business for the company is the Southeast Asia, in particular, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.

As reported, the list of Russian sanctions includes largest Ukrainian businessmen and their business, including Head of PJSC Farmak Filia Zhebrovska.

Farmak is a member of the Association Manufacturers of Medications of Ukraine (AMMU).
