As telling life.ru,

The new anti-aircraft missile system will be integrated into the anti-missile defense system.
The United States of America intends to replace the first and key element in the missile defense system - radar stations for detecting ballistic missiles and other means of destruction. According to Defense News, the Pentagon is working on the issue of deploying radar circular survey, the prototype of which should be the radar project LTAMDS.

The new detection complex may be part of the air defense system, which the Pentagon plans to create to replace the Patriot mobile air defense system. American military-industrial giants Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Technovative Applications have already submitted their applications for participation in the program. By 2022, the US Department of Defense will select one supplier and order the construction of six prototypes, which will later be sent for testing.
