President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has put into effect the National Security and Defense Council’s (NSDC) decisions on challenges and threats to Ukraine's national security in the environmental sphere, on intelligence agencies and on urgent measures to protect national interests in the field of aircraft engine construction.
In particular, Zelensky signed decree No.111/2021 to enact the NSDC’s decision of March 23, 2021 "On challenges and threats to Ukraine's national security in the environmental sphere and priority measures to neutralize them". The decree comes into effect on the day of its publication.
Decree No.110/2021 enacts the NSDC’s decision of March 23, 2021 "On the results of the inspection of intelligence agencies of Ukraine", which approved the report on the results of the inspection of Ukraine’s intelligence agencies. The report was developed to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On National Security of Ukraine" and the procedure for conducting a review of Ukraine’s intelligence agencies, approved by the decree of the President of Ukraine of August 9, 2019.
Decree No.108/2021 provides for the implementation of urgent measures to protect national interests in the field of aircraft engine construction. Control over the implementation of the NSDC’s decision, enacted by this decree, is entrusted to the NSDC Secretary. The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
