The Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence has decided to establish a joint working group on cyber security in the national security, defense and intelligence sector.
The relevant decision was approved at the Committee’s meeting on Friday, the Information Department of the Verkhovna Rada reported.
“It was decided to create a joint working group on cyber security in the national security, defense and intelligence sectors. The working group will be set up from among the MPs - members of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence and the Committee on Digital Transformation,” reads the report.
In addition, the Committee decided to create a working group on counteracting hybrid threats, as well as a working group on the issues of territorial defense.
